We offer no hassle returns and exchanges within 60 days. If you don’t like it, just send it back! If you want a different colored stone or metal, that is not a problem. We want you to wear your jewelry and love it. We want you to feel as good about your jewelry as you do about us. We see you as our BFF, our mom and our sister. We treat you the way we would like to be treated!
Exchanges are processed like returns. Any difference in the purchase amount will be charged or credited accordingly. If the item exchanged is less expensive, we will issue a return to your original credit card used to make the purchase. If the item exchanged is more expensive than the original item, we will need to charge your card for the difference over the phone as we do not store credit card numbers. Once the exchanged item is received, any difference will be refunded or charged. The new item will be made if it is not in stock and we’ll ship the new item as soon as possible. Please note, express shipping fees are non-refundable on exchange items.
Initiating a Return / Exchange
We include a prepaid USPS return label and instructions in all of our packages. If you no longer have the packaging, please contact us and we will email you a prepaid label that you can place on your own envelope.
- Contact us letting us know the order # and item(s) you would like to return or exchange. In case of an exchange, please specify the item(s) you are exchanging for and also your phone #.
- We process the request and authorize the return.
- Package the item(s) you are returning or exchanging in the same packaging you received them in, if possible, or in your own envelope.
- Attach the prepaid USPS label. If you lost it, please let us know and we'll email you a new one.
- Pop the package in your mailbox for your carrier or drop the package at your local post office.
- Once we'll receive your return items, we will issue the refund or exchange the item(s).
