Customers are responsible for costs associated with the shipment of repairs to the Judith Bright Studio. Please send your jewelry packaged in a secure, padded package or box with a completed repair form enclosed.
To prevent loss, we recommend shipping your jewelry to the Judith Bright studio using USPS Priority Mail or a private carrier like FedEx or UPS.
Customers will be notified prior to the start of repair production if a cost will be associated with the repair. Payment is expected prior to the start of the repair production process and will not be put through until confirmed as paid.
Repair Production comes to a halt on November 1st. Judith Bright gladly accepts repairs after this date, but will not resume repair production until after January 15th.
